At ThePack Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, any items that show signs of wear or have been removed from their individual seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
